Digitalize bike rental process.
Context
Since June 2015 in Bordeaux (France), VCUB subscribers can borrow a bike easily and faster than ever with their NFC smartphone.
Bike renting process can last many minutes for new users and even for members. With only one withdrawal terminal, a queue can appear quickly, and deals might be lost.
During maintenance operations, all the bikes belonging to the terminal were blocked and therefore impossible to borrow.

User experience
In order to use the service, the user needs to:
- Buy a ticket/ register his card on the mobile app
- Find the nearest station with his app
- Choose a bike at the station
- Put the smartphone next to the withdrawal terminal in order to unlock the bike
The user can therefore take his bike and enjoy his journey.
